Faithful to its origin, which gives it identity, the Homel design furniture brand was born from the circumstance of a pre-existence. Like so many other companies, all with their characteristics, Sikawa also reserves its particularities, and due to its administrative body, the desire to give rise to a new project arises. An ambitious project, but predictably achievable due to the ambition and determination that characterizes the history of this company.
Noronhadesign was invited to design this new furniture brand and to respond to the challenge, it designed the 1st collection that was developed based on a concept of great formal economy and high robustness – hot-rolled “L” profile. Using this economical steel profile, all the pieces presented at the 100% Design Fair in London were structured. In this collaboration, we designed Homel’s visual identity, the + Collection product line, the collection catalog, the technical project for industrialization, the Stand for participation in international fairs, photographic production and the website for brand promotion.
